Why do I have to pick a mood and a format?
The format tells the room how to read a post, and the mood tells it how you were when you wrote it. Neither is optional by design.

Where did my Cohort come from?
Cohorts form automatically from chapters on your career path. Add a job, school, volunteer stint, organization or camp, and you can be in the room with people who shared it.
Did the app upload my résumé?
No. Résumé PDFs are parsed entirely on your device and the file never leaves your phone. Only the rows you switch on are saved to your profile.
How do alerts work?
The app checks for new activity when it is open and on a periodic schedule. It does not use push notifications.
A post about me is wrong or hurtful. What do I do?
Report it. Reported posts go to the Review Room, and the room’s Jury votes. For anything urgent or unlawful, email us directly.
How do I turn off ads?
There is a free setting in your account that switches sponsored cards off. No subscription and no charge.
I run a company page. Why can’t I add someone to the roster?
Rosters come from members’ own career paths. You can order the roster and feature people, but cannot add anyone yourself. Featuring someone’s work asks that person first.
