Reported posts go to a Review Room, where members of the room vote. Reports about child safety and intimate images shared without consent go only to moderators and are never shown to a Jury.

WorkCarousel is built around real names and shared work histories. When a post is reported, members of the relevant room can help decide whether it crossed a line.
Screening before posting
Automated tools screen content before it goes live. Anything the tools cannot clear waits for a person rather than going live automatically.
You choose what you see
Sensitive content is opt-in. You can decide whether the feed is allowed to show it.
Privacy by design
WorkCarousel does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles. Your résumé is parsed on your device, and the file itself is never uploaded. Location is not tracked.
